Ruins of the neo-Moorish palace of the Kuris family of 1810–1892, gutted by fire after a lightning strike in 1990.

Lieutenant Colonel Ivan Kuris received the lands near Odesa for his part in the Black Sea campaign. The eastern part of the palace was built in 1810–1820, the western part was added in 1891–1892 by the Odesa architect Mykola Tolvinskyi. In 1990, while a restoration was being prepared, lightning struck the roof and the palace burned out. On 25 December 2013 the Moorish portal collapsed. The monument stands on the grounds of the Tyligul Agricultural Vocational College; the restoration has not been completed.
