The Shcherbatova palace of 1885–1917 in Van Geert's park.

The neoclassical palace was built from 1885 to 1917 to the design of Czech architect Jiri Stibral — on the site of a medieval castle and a later Potocki estate. Around it spreads a park of eighty-five hectares laid out by Belgian landscape master Van Geert. Thus Nemyriv gained the principal estate of Eastern Podillia.

The palace is a building of the working Avanhard sanatorium (16 Shevchenka Street): you may walk in the park, but there is no free access to the palace (2025). No schedule for tourists has been published.
