Silver Waterfalls, Sheshory
Cascades of the Pistynka in a rock bed — a hydrological nature monument.
The Pistynka, a right tributary of the Prut, cut through a rock bed here and formed three steps; the Great and the Little Huk are between two and five metres, with deep pools scoured out beneath them. The site has the status of a hydrological nature monument of local significance. From 2003 to 2006 the village held the Sheshory ethno-festival, which moved to the Southern Buh in 2007 and later became ArtPole. In winter the cascades freeze; in summer this is one of the most crowded places in the Kosiv area.
The descent to the water is short, but the stones are wet and slippery — footwear with a grippy sole is needed.
