A cultural centre in the Gammel Dok warehouse, opened on the first anniversary of the invasion.

Ukraine House in Denmark opened on 24 February 2023 — the first anniversary of russia's full-scale invasion — in Copenhagen's Gammel Dok warehouse in Christianshavn, which previously housed the Danish Architecture Centre. Its co-founder and chair is Nataliia Popovych; the impulse came from the sharp growth of the Ukrainian community in Denmark. The first large exhibition was "The Muses Are Not Silent" — 50 artists, painting, photography, sculpture and video about the experience of war. By the centre's own count, more than 150 public events have been held here since it opened, attended by over 12,500 people; the work is largely carried by volunteers.

Gammel Dok, Strandgade 27B, 1401 København. According to the website's main page: Tuesday–Saturday 12:00–18:00, Sunday 12:00–16:00, closed Monday (ukrainehouse.dk, checked 01.10.2026). Another page of the same website gives different hours, so check before visiting.
