Sweden's National Archives hold the Latin text of Orlyk's Constitution of 1710.

The Riksarkivet — the National Archives of Sweden — holds the Latin text of Pylyp Orlyk's "Pacts and Constitutions", drawn up on 5 April 1710 in Bendery: a shortened version of 16 articles and the preamble of the main text. The documents reached Sweden with the field chancellery of Charles XII: during the events of 1713 in Bendery the chancellery's papers were trampled into the mud, and part of them was saved by the army commissary Gustaf Soldan. The link between these soiled sheets and Bendery was established by the Riksarkivet archivist Jan Mispelaere, who even studied the composition of the dirt on the papers. In 2021 Sweden handed copies of the landmark document to Ukraine, and the document itself was exhibited in Kyiv for the 30th anniversary of Independence.

Reading room: Fyrverkarbacken 13, Marieberg, Stockholm. The document is not permanently displayed — it is shown at exhibitions.
